Seamless Application

Heat

6 min

Preheat the device for 20 minutes, then warm the cast for 6 minutes. This process allows the fibres to become malleable, allowing the heated cast to mould into shape

Apply

5 min

Once the cast has been adequately heated, remove it from the heating box and begin moulding onto the patient's arm. Ensure a snug fit by adjusting accordingly

Clip

7 min

When the cast starts cooling, the material hardens and takes the shape of the patient's arm. Clips are then applied to secure and make any final touches

Approved and Secured

Our products have undergone rigorous tests and examinations by international regulators to ensure we abide by the highest industry standards.
